Shipping Policy
At Function Fabrication, every product is hand-built with care. Because many of our items are custom-made, this shipping policy explains exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Processing & Lead Times
Most custom products are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 weeks for fabrication before your order ships.
- Some in-stock items may ship sooner.
- Lead times can vary depending on material availability and current workload.
- We always try to beat quoted timeframes when possible.

Shipping Methods
We ship using the following carriers, we only select the best rate!:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx (occasionally for oversized items)
All orders include tracking, and orders over $1,000 include insurance which will be emailed to you once the package ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
- Some products or promotions may include free shipping.
- Large exhaust components may incur higher shipping rates due to size and insurance requirements.

- Canada
- Select international locations (email us before ordering for a quote)
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier. However, we will always do what we can to help.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:
- Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
- Email us with photos and order details.
- We’ll assist you in filing claims and getting things resolved.
- Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or transit issues are outside our control, but we’re here to help navigate the process.
Holiday & Busy Season Notice

- High-volume launch periods
